New Subscribers:
Please add our From address, list_support@bestbonus-online.com, to your Gmail Contacts List:

1. Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page
2. Click New Contact
3. Copy and paste our From address, list_support@bestbonus-online.com, into the primary Email address dialog box
4. Click Save

Existing Subscribers:

1. If our mail is in your Spam Folder, open the mail you received from us and click the Not Spam button

New Subscribers:
Please add our From address, list_support@bestbonus-online.com, to your Hotmail Safe List:

1. Open your mailbox and click Options
2. Click the Junk Email Protection link
3. Select the Safe List link
4. Copy and paste list_support@bestbonus-online.com into the dialog box titled Type an address or domain
5. Click the Add button next to the dialog box

Existing Subscribers:

1. If our mail is in your Junk Email Folder, open the mail and click the Not Junk button
2. Check to see if our Email address is in your Blocked Senders list. If it is, select it and click the Remove button
3. Add list_support@bestbonus-online.com to your safe list as shown below

New Subscribers:
Add list_support@bestbonus-online.com to your Safe List:

1. Click on Options
2. In the Junk Email section, click on Safe and blocked senders
3. Click on Safe Senders
4. Add list_support@bestbonus-online.com into the Sender or domain to mark as safe box
5. Click Add to list

Existing Subscribers:

1. If our mail is in your Junk Folder, Find it in Junk
2. Check the check box
3. Click the Not Junk button

New Subscribers:
Set up a filter to redirect our mail, list_support@bestbonus-online.com, to your Inbox

1. Open your mailbox and click on Options/Mail Options
2. Select Filters
3. Click Add on the Filters page
4. Update the From header rule by writing list_support@bestbonus-online.com next to Contains
5. Click the Add Filter button

Existing Subscribers:

1. If our mail is in your Spam Folder, open the mail and click the Not Spam button
2. Check if list_support@bestbonus-online.com is in your Blocked Addresses list. If it is, select it and click the Remove Block button

Add list_support@bestbonus-online.com to your Safe List:

1. In the Tools menu, click Options
2. In the Preferences tab, click Junk Email
3. In the Safe Senders tab. Click Add
4. In the Add address field, insert list_support@bestbonus-online.com
5. Click OK

New Subscribers:
Add list_support@bestbonus-online.com to your Safe List:

1. Click on Actions
2. Go to Junk Email and select Junk Email Options
3. Click on the Safe Senders tab
4. Select Add
5. Add list_support@bestbonus-online.com into the Add address or domain box
6. Click OK and then Apply + OK in the Junk Email Options box

Existing Subscribers:

1. If our mail is in your Junk folder, open the mail and click the Not Junk button

New Subscribers:
Add list_support@bestbonus-online.com to your address book:

1. Click the Mail menu and select Address Book
2. Once the Address Book window appears, click the Add button
3. Wait for the Address Card for New Contact window to load
4. Insert list_support@bestbonus-online.com in to the Other Email field
5. Make our From address the Primary Email address by checking the associated check box
6. Click the Save button

Existing Subscribers:

1. If our mail is in your Spam folder, open the mail and click the This is Not Spam button
2. Add list_support@bestbonus-online.com into your Address Card as described below
